- Current Grade 1 or 2 Training Endorsement;
- Have sufficient relevant safety management experience to capably lead, manage and set standards to safely implement the companys safety management system in accordance with the companys exposition;
- Have knowledge in the management of training resources, moderation and validation;
- Be able to participate in the assessment validation of students;
- Current ASIC & Medical; and
Preferred
- Experience working with international, culturally diverse groups of students;
- NVFR, META, IRTA & Instructor training approval; and
- Certificate IV in training and assessment
