Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Training and evaluation skills.
Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Resource management skills.
Knowledge of GCAA rules and regulations.
Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs.
