Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) or equivalent from four-year College or technical school, or five years related experience.
Two years of experience in a management role as a Director of Training, Director of Operations, or other 14CFR Part 119 position or military equivalent.
Ability to travel as needed and be present at the training academy during training.
Must have vision ability to view and read computer displays on a frequent basis.
Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time.
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job.
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job.
Ability to converse/present/facilitate for up to 8 hours.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Computer skills – ability to learn phone systems, proficient with a PC.
Ability to work within a 24/7 operation including holidays.
Ability to pass 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screening, in accordance with company policy and/or airline regulations.
Authorized to work in the U.S. per the Immigration Act of 1986.

Summary
Salary range: $115,000.00 To $155,000.00 Annually
