Additional requirements Two or more years of experience in aviation, including Part 91 and 135, or applicable education. Knowledge of Safety Management Systems pertaining to aviation. Able to work effectively as a collaborative teammate in a high stress, fast-paced environment. Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization using written, oral, and presentation skills. Highly motivated and organized with keen attention-to-detail. A self-starter who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and completes assignments in a timely manner. Strong computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software. Preferred 2+ years related work experience Bachelor's degree in Aviation Safety or related field. Knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. Experience and knowledge of ISBAO, Wyvern, and ARGUS standards. International operations experience. Private pilot license and/or A&P certificate Compensation and benefits 401(k)
