- Previous experience as HoFo for a High Capacity RPT AOC.
- A320 and/or Fokker F100 type rating
- Airline Training and Checking experience

Additional requirements
- Accomplished record in the conduct and management of air operations and flight operations leadership (5+ years)
- Excellent stakeholder, negotiation, and conflict management skills
- Ability to clearly articulate information in a diverse and complex business environment
- A strong, visible, and charismatic leader of people with the communication and dynamic leadership skills required to motivate and lead a diverse and dispersed group of employees. Capable of motivating and moving people in new directions.
Preferred
- Class 1 CASA Aviation Medical Certificate
- Strong analytical skills and financial/ commercial acumen
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field
