Thorough knowledge of the contents of IA’s Part 135 documentation (General Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, Training Program, and HazMat Program).
Skill in managing multiple priorities while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Skill in balancing financial requirements with operational considerations and customer needs.
Must have at least 3 years supervisory or managerial experience within the last 6 years in a position that exercised operational control over any operations conducted under Part 121 or Part 135.
