Capacity to manage process improvement, developing new insights into situations and applying innovative solutions.
Strong business acumen and experience in developing lean process and change management in complex environments.
Analytical reasoning skills related to process and value chain systems.
Strong customer experience with a clear understanding of customer expectations and experience in developing customer centric processes.
Excellent market insight to set the right strategic direction and gain competitive advantage.
Driven to improve the Company by attracting and developing top talent.
Success in selecting Level 3 personnel and building strong, high performing teams.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with individuals and groups, ensuring effective flow of information in terms of awareness and understanding.
