Additional requirements
- Graduate of a military pilot training course with no history of removal from flying status for cause.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience supporting military aviation activities
- Maturity and professionalism to interface with military and commercial customers of varying organizational levels.
- Work well in either a team environment or independently.
- Position requires willingness to accept changing and evolving roles & responsibilities in support of customers’ requirements and need.
- Driving motivation to build an industry-wide recognized high performing program
- No history of FAA violations
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Active Top Secret clearance required
Preferred
- Long course graduate of a military Test Pilot school
- Prior experience as Director of Operations in a flying organization, preferably GOCO- or COCO-operations
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field of study desired
