Additional requirements

Graduate of a military pilot training course with no history of removal from flying status for cause.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience supporting military aviation activities
Maturity and professionalism to interface with military and commercial customers of varying organizational levels.
Work well in either a team environment or independently.
Position requires willingness to accept changing and evolving roles & responsibilities in support of customers’ requirements and need.
Driving motivation to build an industry-wide recognized high performing program
No history of FAA violations
Bachelor’s degree required
Active Top Secret clearance required

Preferred

Long course graduate of a military Test Pilot school
Prior experience as Director of Operations in a flying organization, preferably GOCO- or COCO-operations
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field of study desired
