Additional requirements
- Holding a Bachelors degree, preferably in business, economics or aviation management.
- International experience and orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries.
- A minimum of 15 years experience in the aviation industry preferably with flight operations management experience in senior positions.
- Regional experience in aircraft management and charter.
- An unblemished professional record
- Detail minded, excellent management skills, strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in English are essential.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred
- ATPL qualified and business aviation experience preferred
