- ATP, supervisory experience and previous experience sufficient to comply with the 14 CFR 119.67.
- Must have knowledge/experience in evaluating organizational operations as they relate to policies, goals and objectives.
- Must have excellent communications skills, both oral and written, have a valid drivers license with insurable record through Empires policy.
- Incumbent must receive FAA approval.
