3 years’ relevant work experience with air carrier safety, required.
2 years of prior leadership experience, required.
Knowledge and operational experience of 14 CFR Part 91 and Part 135 operations, required.
Self-starter work ethic, able to work independently.
Able to take initiative to identify, develop, and complete tasks.
Able to work alone or with other professionals at all levels in the organization.
Excellent leadership and organization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite products.
Flexibility to travel 50% based on business needs.
Must pass a background check.

Have completed an aircraft training course at CAE or FlightSafety.

Summary

The expected base salary range for this role is $163,800-$204,400 which represents the company’s current good-faith estimate of compensation for this position. Actual salary will depend on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific work location. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and wellness resources).
