Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation/business discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Ten plus years of experience in managing aviation services including providing strategic plans that align with corporate objectives, operation, and maintenance plans, developing and managing a department and capital budgets (including the procurement and maintenance of aircraft), and overseeing the monitoring of all departmental financial and operational metrics to ensure that they are on track.
- Experience in monitoring the status of crew members’ qualifications, flight standards, and ensures that all flight operations, records, and filings are in accordance with applicable FAA and ICAO standards.
