In-depth knowledge of aviation-specific laws and regulations (e.g., Part-FCL, Part-ORA)
Analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying and implementing optimization potential
High resilience, decisiveness, and conflict resolution competence

As Chief Training Manager Switzerland, you take responsibility for the organization and quality assurance of pilot training within Lufthansa Aviation Training Switzerland (LAT CH) and, in this important leadership role, you are also part of the extended management team of LAT CH.
