Multiple years of experience as a TKI.
Proven leadership experience
Excellent communication skills
In-depth knowledge of training organizations, internal regulations and aviation-specific laws and regulations (in particular EASA Part-FCL and Part-ORA)
Significant ability to work in an interdisciplinary, intercultural and goal-oriented manner
High level of decisiveness and willingness to take responsibility
Willingness to travel at home and abroad
Very good conflict resolution skills and resilience

Job description

As Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI) you will be responsible for the supervision of all Theoretical Knowledge Instructors (TKI) and the standardization of EASA ATO theoretical training within the Lufthansa Aviation Training (LAT) Group. Technically managing the TKIs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
