- Must possess High School Diploma/GED, with a preference for a bachelors degree in a related field.
- Must have proficiency in Word, Access, Excel, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have strong working knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and company policies and procedures and the ability to stay up to date with them.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively with senior management, other internal staff, and external professional contacts.
- Must be analytical, highly organized, and detail oriented.
- Must have effective interpersonal skills when interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Must have a safety-first ability to lead flight teams and operations.
- Must be able to deal with adversity and confrontations.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with operating aircraft.
