Strong working knowledge of Part 135 regulations
3 years supervisory or management experience in Part 135 operations
No accidents, incidents, violations, or DUI/DWI
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Team player with a mission-minded mentality
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must live within one hour of Stuart, FL or be willing to relocate
