Job description

The Chief Pilot is a key leadership role responsible for supervising all flight crew personnel, overseeing training and qualification programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting daily flight operations under the guidance of the Director of Flight Operations.

This position will serve as a liaison with the FAA, support policy development, manage pilot records, ensure operational control as assigned, and maintain proficiency as a Pilot-in-Command in either Fixed Wing or Rotor Wing operations.
