- Chief pilot or any flight management experience is an asset.
- Exemplary active or former business aviation pilot (EASA ATPL or Frozen ATPL with extensive and appreciated operational experience).
- Leadership and ability to take decisions under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization and promote good compromise to support safe, efficient, and legal operations.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and shift priorities to accomplish objectives.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
