Additional requirements
Experience managing FAA PART 91 aviation scheduling, training, asset maintenance collaboration, and crew leadership. Demonstrated ability to succeed in leading individuals and developing assigned staff professionally to maximize both individual and team potential
Possess a high level of knowledge and capability in managing Part 91 aviation business
Ability to select qualified key staff members, establish a team environment and motivate others
Have detailed knowledge of HSE and ISO requirements and procedures as they relate to aviation
Currently hold or able to obtain a Passport for possible international travel
Valid drivers license with acceptable motor vehicle record
Preferred
Two years of college/technical training or equivalent experience is a plus
FAA CFII and MEI preferred
ATP Airline Transport Pilot certification preferred
