Bachelors Degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, or equivalent work experience
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills

10 years Flight Operations, Dispatch, Operational Control, or equivalent experience
Knowledgeable in FAA regulations governing Part 91, Part 135 and Part 119
Knowledgeable of IACO SARPS and International operations

Ability to travel up to 50% of time

Job description
EJM is seeking a Regional Chief Pilot to manage pilots and act as a primary point of contact for Part 91/135 operations in the Northeast region. This position offers the ability to serve as a flight crewmember on EJM managed aircraft on an as needed basis. While flight crew qualifications are preferred, they are not required for this non-14 CFR 119 position. As the Regional Chief Pilot, you will be responsible for managing pilots, attracting and engaging new talent, and serving as a point of contact for owners on pilot-related matters. The Regional Chief Pilot reports directly to the Part 119 designated Chief Pilot. The ideal candidate will have experience in aviation management and a strong understanding of Part 91/135 operations.

Summary
Base Salary Range: $200,000 - $355,000
