Have a minimum of 2,000 flight hours as pilot-in-command (PIC), including more than 50% on an aircraft type similar to the Airmedic fleet, including the Pilatus PC-12 NG or the Learjet 45XR
Hold a valid IFR rating and possess solid experience in instrument night flight operations in an aeromedical evacuation (medevac) context
Demonstrate significant and proven experience as a captain in aeromedical evacuation operations
Having international flying experience, combined with operational experience in remote regions and Northern Quebec

Additional requirements

Possess recognized experience as a pilot instructor, including training, mentoring, assessment and skills development of pilots
Demonstrate excellent operational judgment, inspiring leadership, strong communication skills and a strong safety culture
To be available and flexible with regard to both schedules and travel
Knowledge of technological tools (tablet, computer, etc.)
Knowledge of different software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
French and English at a professional level
