- Significant command experience
- Significant experience on multi-crew transport category aircraft
- Airbus FBW experience (or significant flight test experience on FBW platforms)
Preferred time
- EASA Flight Test Rating (Category 1 or 2)
- Airline experience (including command)
- Current Airbus type rating
- Completion of the Airbus Technical Flight Familiarisation (TFF) Course
- Fight test or technical pilot experience - particularly of transport category aircraft.
- Knowledge of the Airbus flight test environment
