- Minimum of 3,000 hours of total documented flight time
- Minimum of 1500 hours of fixed wing multi-engine time
- 3,000 hours Pilot-in-Command preferred
- When evaluating the flight time of applicants meeting the basic qualifications, consideration will be given to, among other things, quality, quantity, currency, and verifiability of training; complexity of aircraft flown; types of flight operations; and hours flown as PIC in turbine powered aircraft. Applicants invited to interview must provide appropriate documentation of all flight hours.

Additional requirements
- FAA Commercial Airplane multi-engine land certificate (ATP preferred)
- FAA Instrument Airplane Certificate
- Rating held for the last three (3) consecutive years
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- FAA Second Class Medical certificate (current)
- BE-300 Type Rating
- Current passport
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the US
- Valid State Drivers License
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Qualified Instructor Pilot on all assigned platforms (180 day grace period to obtain qualification)
- 2 year Associates Degree and 4 years experience or equivalent combination of experience and education, required
- 4 year Bachelors Degree and 8 years experience or equivalent combination of experience and education, highly desired
- Prior Military Instructor/Evaluator Pilot preferred
- FAA Flight Instructor Airplane Multiengine preferred
- FAA Flight Instructor Instrument Airplane preferred
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US DOD Secret security clearance; Top Secret clearance preferred
- Pre-employment drug test and a medical exam
- Criminal history records check and a background check will be performed
- Must be able to qualify with M-9 pistol and M-4 rifle, or equivalent
- Able to deploy to remote OCONUS locations for 30 days per semi-annual period
