- Must be able to pass a security background check
- Must live within 1 hour of Point Mugu Naval Base
- Must posses a valid Passport
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Proven experience as a transportation supervisor or manager
- Excellent knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field
- Experience with logistics software and systems
- Experience in a fast-paced transportation environment
- Experience managing a team of drivers and transportation professionals
