Additional requirements
- SETP recognized Test Pilot School (TPS) graduate with valid EASA Flight Test Rating (FTR) CAT 1, or, exceptionally, proven equivalent on-job-training could be evaluated
- Experience conducting test on programs pursuing EASA Type Certification
- Excellent teamwork, organizational and communication skills, proactive and positive attitude
- Must have a temperament and the desire to mentor and coach the Flight Test Team
- Ability to work extended hours and travel if required
Preferred
- Proven expertise with aviation risk management and safety awareness within complex organizations, direct experience within safety management system domain is a plus
- Holder of EASA Open A1-A3 and Open A2 UAS Certificates (desirable)
- Experience with rotary wing, unmanned aircraft and electric propulsion is a bonus
