- EMB-505 Single Pilot Type Rating.
- ATP Pilot Certificate.
- Midsize or super-midsize jet aircraft experience.
- Single-pilot experience.

Additional requirements
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards.
- Proven experience in flight department management or similar leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Able to successfully complete a background investigation including FBI fingerprints, criminal history records check, national drivers record check, and a pre-employment drug test.
- No previous incidents or accidents.
- It is expected that the candidate resides or is willing to relocate within a 2-hour call-out time of Sioux City, IA
Preferred
- Experience with SMS (Safety Management System) implementation and management.
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance management systems.
