Job description
The Swedish Ambulance Service (KSA) is a municipal association that carries out and coordinates ambulance air missions for all 21 regions in Sweden. Swedish Ambulance Service owns six EMS-equipped aircraft of the PC 24 model, manufactured by Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. Emergency response bases are located at the airports in Umeå, Stockholm/Arlanda and Gothenburg/Landvetter. Orders are received and missions are coordinated at the coordination center in Umeå, where the office is also located. The operation maintains readiness around the clock, every day of the year, to begin an ambulance air mission at short notice. Swedish Ambulance Service mainly carries out missions at Swedish commercial airports, the Nordic countries and northern Europe. The area of operation includes Europe, Iceland and Svalbard.

Step 1
We are recruiting in an initial stage for our pilot pool, which means the possibility of employment in the fall of 2025 or 2026. Recruitment is carried out with interviews and tests near Arlanda.
