Minimum 5 to 7 years of management experience within flight operations, dispatch, or OCC.
Strong strategic skills, along with excellent systems & process improvement skills.
Business acumen and good experience with finance & budgeting.
Experience working for a commercial aviation company known for the quality of their flight operations and dispatch organizations along with good employee relations.
A natural “results” oriented personality with a high degree of confidence.
Integrity and high ethical standards.
A history of successfully developing and fostering good, productive relations with their workforce.
Solid knowledge of all applicable regulatory issues and requirements.
Experience dealing with regulatory agencies.
Superior communication skills and exceptional judgment.
