- Excellent presentation ability.
- Four year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of and the ability to teach aircraft systems, operating procedures and policies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team oriented and self-directed.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn new software and systems efficiently.
- Some travel required as needed at other training locations.
- Ability to work flexible work hours.
