As a Fixed-Wing Pilot, you’ll play a critical role in transporting patients and medical crews safely and efficiently, supporting life-saving care with every flight. Flying our Pilatus PC-12 NG from the Anoka base, you’ll partner closely with your medical team to ensure each transport is conducted with the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Summary

Base Pay Rate: $61.92 - $78.72 per hour based on experience
Pilot Retention Bonus Program Structure & Payouts
Eligible pilots can earn a total of $45,000 over three consecutive years of service. Payouts are structured as follows and are contingent upon meeting the service requirements for each 12-month period and will be paid out at the end of each 12-month period.
Year 1: $10,000, Year 2: $15,000, Year 3: $20,000 Total: $45,000
