Preferred Previous experience as an instructor or teacher, preferably with single-engine turboprop aircraft experience. Strong knowledge of aviation principles, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to others. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students and foster a supportive learning environment. Demonstrated proficiency in instructional delivery, including the use of multimedia tools and techniques. Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing student needs, schedules, and instructional requirements.
