Additional requirements
- Technical/logistical degree or equivalent experience. A strong operational background, significant technical knowledge, and operations experience in the aviation industry
- Has at least one-year relevant aviation industry experience
- Experience working with flight planning and flight scheduling software.
- Working knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations
- Valid Passport and the ability to travel to the U.S.
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to obtain Airport Security Clearance (RAIC)
- Computer proficiency including document formatting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel domestic and internationally, as required
- Flexible to work a varying work schedule and on call basis as required
- Ability to travel as needed for domestic and international flights
- Evening and weekend work may be required with notice
- Flexible to work a varying work schedule and on call basis as required (shifts of 12 hours or more, evening and weekend work)
- Located within 1.5-hour drive from the Kelowna airport considered an asset
