Additional requirements

Technical/logistical degree or equivalent experience. A strong operational background, significant technical knowledge, and operations experience in the aviation industry
Has at least one-year relevant aviation industry experience
Experience working with flight planning and flight scheduling software.
Working knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations
Valid Passport and the ability to travel to the U.S.
Must pass a background check
Ability to obtain Airport Security Clearance (RAIC)
Computer proficiency including document formatting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel domestic and internationally, as required
Flexible to work a varying work schedule and on call basis as required
Ability to travel as needed for domestic and international flights
Evening and weekend work may be required with notice
Flexible to work a varying work schedule and on call basis as required (shifts of 12 hours or more, evening and weekend work)
Located within 1.5-hour drive from the Kelowna airport considered an asset
