Experience in the role of Head of Flight Operations and/or Head of Training and Checking (or a similar role that demonstrates comparable competence)
Ability to obtain and maintain CASA approval as HOFO & HOTC & meets the requirements for HOFO & HOTC set out in CASR Part 119.D
Highly proficient in Foreflight, PowerPoint, and Excel
