Direct Entry Captains are on payroll, paid per diem, and eligible for benefits Day One of initial training.

In addition to the Accelerated Captain Pathway Program, PC-12 Captains have the opportunity to be promoted to Instructor Pilot and Check Airman, which is based on merit, not seniority. PC-12 crew members may transition into Jet Flight Operations based on seniority. The large PlaneSense jet fleet includes a growing number of Pilatus PC-24 jets.
MEL Commercial, ATP, and CTP course opportunities are provided as needed.
