Summary

Captain pay of $55,000.00 minimum yearly pay guarantee commencing upon the start of ground school with bonus payments as set forth in Section V. This is based on a monthly minimum guarantee of 70 hours at a rate of $65.48. All hours flown above 70 hours will be compensated at a rate of $83.33.
You may make extra money picking up open shifts in our Open Time system. In addition, we may occasionally put Bonus Time/extra pay on routes that are uncovered as a way for you to make additional income.
We allow outside flying on your days off provided it does not conflict with your Boutique Air schedule. It must be reported so that we may properly track your Part 135 requirements.
