Job description
We are looking for experienced colleagues for the position of Commander Pilatus PC‑12 at one of the fastest-growing business aviation companies in Central Europe. Alpha Aviation operates 16 aircraft in commercial air transport, owns a flight school, and has been active in the market for over 13 years.
Employment from 1 February 2026.
We are looking for a pilot who wants to work in a professionally prepared environment with quality manuals, clearly defined SOPs, comprehensive checklists, and modern training materials. And who, at the same time, values the atmosphere and approach of a family company, where pilots know each other, communication is direct, and everyone's voice matters. And most importantly, who seeks interesting flying, not just monotonous operations at major airports. If you are drawn to the challenges of diverse operating conditions, navigation at smaller airfields, and varied European destinations, you are the ideal candidate for us.

Interesting and dynamic flying – we operate across Europe on all types of airfields: from major hubs (Munich, Amsterdam) through regional airports to challenging mountain airfields such as LSZS (Samedan/St. Moritz) and LOWZ (Zell am See).
