- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- 2 years’ experience in 135 operations
- Thorough knowledge of FAR Part 61, 91 and 135
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Solid decision-maker with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
