Minimum requirements
- 250 Hours Multi-Engine preferred but not required
Additional requirements
- Must be ready for emergency response situations and take advantage of optimum flying conditions, including weekends and potentially holidays.
- High School diploma
- Passing a background check and drug screening
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration
- Possess a personal vehicle for use on or around a job site
Preferred
- Complex aircraft experience, Cessna 206 or PA-31 preferred, surveying is a big plus
- Associate or bachelors degree preferred
Job description
GPI Geospatial is seeking a pilot for either our Charlotte, NC, or Orlando, FL offices. This is a critical role that involves the operation of single and multi-engine aircraft (Cessna T206 & Piper Navajo) to complete aerial missions for the collection of remote sensing data. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and safe operations of your assigned aircraft, assessing weather conditions, and capturing remote sensing data in an effective and efficient manner. Project missions have a diverse range of geographical coverage and size.
