Military Pilot Qualification, with significant operational experience, and/or Civilian Air Transport Pilots Licence Qualification, with significant aviation industry experience.
Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with co-workers, maintaining productive working relationships to meet team, business unit and organisational goals
Demonstrate a working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety procedures
Be able to obtain and maintain an NV1 defence security clearance
Preferred
Experience in a safety management role
Experience working in a contractor environment (directly with customer)
Related tertiary qualification or relevant aviation industry experience
OT&E competency IAW Defence T&E Competency Framework or equivalentAviation related operational test and evaluation experience
