- Dual Rated (FW/RW)
- Successful completion of FAA Background Check

- Passport Required
- ATP Airplane ME Land with Instrument Rating
- Commercial Instrument Rotorcraft-Helicopter
- High School diploma
Preferred
- SA-227 Type Rating or Experience
- LUH-72A, BK117C2 or EC145 Rating or Experience/Instructor
- Aviation Safety experience and/or courses
- US Army LUH Instructor/Instrument Examiner Experience
- US Army ALSE Course Graduate
- Undergraduate degree
Job description
This is a Dual Rated Pilot
Berry Aviation, Inc. operates a fleet of two SA-227C Metroliners and 4 Army LUH Helicopters in support of the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site located in Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands approximately 2,200 miles southwest of Hawaii. This is an accompanied position. As per contract, this is a dual-rated position requiring a one-year contract.
Transport contractors and military personnel via LUH helicopter to and from outer islands in support of the day to day operations and mission requirements.
Pilot our Metroliners for radar support personnel and others to the island of Roi-Namur (50nm north) on a day to day basis.
Fly to Wake Island 650nm north and Majuro Island 250nm south of Kwajalein Atoll periodically.
