Summary
Competitive salary varies by assigned aircraft, route, and position. Metroliner III qualified Captains may earn $80,500 annually starting.
$6,500 annual retention bonus starts the second year of employment.
Full-time pilots are eligible for our standard benefits package, which includes health insurance (including the option for dental), 401K with company match, ESOP, life insurance, PTO, AFLAC, and company reimbursement for FAA medicals.
Encore Air Cargo also has an ATP/CTP course assistance program available. We are an employee-owned company with ESOP eligibility beginning after one year of employment. The company also provides for lodging and crew cars when away from the base
