Significant experience in airline or business aviation flight operations and training management.
Proven leadership in delivering multidisciplinary training programs for both flight and cabin crew.
Deep understanding of EASA regulations, including Part-ORO and Part-ARA, and ICAO Annexes relevant to training and safety.
Demonstrated success in regulatory engagement and compliance oversight.
High school diploma (higher education preferred).
Fluent in English
Valid passport and/or work permit for employment in Europe.
Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
