- Proficiency in delivering high-quality simulator and ground instruction in alignment with TM, OM, SOPs, and Transport Canada guidelines.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to teamwork, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Commitment to equity in education.
Preferred
- Experience teaching in an Integrated CPL or ATPL program is an asset
- A completed post-secondary diploma or degree in Aviation is preferred
Compensation and benefits
Summary
- Starting salary within the range of $85.46/hr - $111.09/hr. An education and experience evaluation will be completed to accurately assign compensation rate. Potential for higher than quoted is possible.
