75 hours PIC simulated instrument

Preferred time

25 hours PIC in Beechcraft King Air (10 hours in last 12 months)

Currency

100 PIC ME in last 12 months

License Required

CPL, IR, ME

Additional requirements

Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work irregular hours and travel to individual sites as required
Strong decision-making ability under pressure
Commitment to safety and teamwork in high-tempo operations
Eligibility for Interagency Pilot Qualification Card (pilot carding process)

Preferred

Degree or 6–10 years relevant aviation leadership experience
Experience managing fleet operations and budgeting
Familiarity with Emburse, Dayforce, or Pentagon ERP systems
Relocation to Southern California may be required
