- 200 flight hours at night.
- 300 flight hours instrument of which 100 in actual instrument.
- 500 Pilot in Command flight hours in a multi-engine airplane.
- 500 Pilot in Command flight hours in a turbine airplane.

- EMS Experience.
- King Air 90/200 PIC time: 100 hours
- PC-12 PIC time: 50 hours

Compensation and benefits
Summary
- Base salary - $85,874 - $122,740 (based upon $39.32 - $56.20 per hour working 2184 hours per year). Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- Staffing Incentive - $30,000 per year staffing incentive, paid equally among 26 pay periods starting on the first paycheck.
- Location Stipend - $10,000 location stipend offer for those that reside (permanent residence) within 60 minutes of the Page airport.
- Relocation Allowance - $7,500
