Have demonstrated experience in aircraft maintenance or piloting, with a comprehensive understanding of aviation operations.
Possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Have excellent organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
Be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Be proficient in FAA regulations and industry best practices
Be available to work irregular hours and travel as necessary to support base operations
