Proven experience as a Chief Pilot or Director of Operations in a Part 135 operation.
Experience leading a team of at least 25 pilots.
Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations.
In-depth understanding of Part 135 regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
