Minimum requirements
- Extensive experience as a corporate/charter pilot.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Pilot in Command of a Part 121 or 135-operated aircraft.
- Type ratings in HS-125 or Citation Ultra
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation or related field
- Extensive experience in Hawker 800 and/or Citation Ultra aircraft
Additional requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Pilot or Director of Operations in a Part 135 operation.
- Experience leading a team of at least 25 pilots.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations.
- In-depth understanding of Part 135 regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

FlyUSA is are seeking a highly skilled Chief Pilot to lead our Part 135 operations. We’re seeking individuals who embody our core values of excellence, dependability, and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess substantial domestic and international flight experience, a strong grasp of Part 135 regulations, and an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This role combines leadership with hands-on flying duties and requires active participation in administrative functions.

Work conditions
The Chief Pilot will work out of our Corporate HQ in Clearwater, FL, with the option to be home-based.
