Instructors for KF Aerospace Defence Programs are highly trained in accordance with Department of National Defence (DND) methodology. Training will include courseware, as well as flight simulator and aircraft flight. The successful bilingual candidate will also be trained in aerobatics, and in turn will be instructing aerobatics once qualified. Once an instructor trainee has successfully completed their military check ride, they are fully qualified to instruct RCAF students. This prestigious position will entail classroom study, ground school instruction, and individual student flight instruction.
