Additional requirements Canadian Radio Telephone License. A University degree or College diploma, preferably in Aviation. Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits. Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight, and balance. Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices. A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
