Ability to work varying hours including day and night; weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Able to manage rest to always be prepared for flight duty during their tour.
Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and a demonstrated ability to make a positive impression including a strong capability to effectively interact with passengers.
Demonstrate the ability to make quick and accurate decisions while paying close attention to detail, both technically and from a passenger-service perspective.
Working knowledge of FARs 91, 91K, and 135; ICAO and other international regulations

Job description

As a Lead Captain at Corporate Wings, you are the embodiment of our commitment to providing not only technically accurate and safe transportation but also delivering a world-class service experience for all passengers. In this role, you will seamlessly wear multiple hats, transitioning from a professional aviator to an... in-flight service provider, ensuring a concierge service level experience. Further, you will have the opportunity to guide and nurture your pilot team, fostering their growth and ensuring exceptional performance.

You will be dedicated support to a (KDAL) Dallas, TX based Gulfstream 650 contributing to a team of 3 pilots and 1 cabin server operating an on-demand schedule for a managed aircraft client flying ~400 hours annually on a Part 91 basis.
